NPA was founded in 2016 with a mission to enable shelters to save more lives.
After 7 years of rescuing over 1900 animals from shelters and finding them loving homes, we realized it was time to take a step back and reassess our approach. Operating as a rescue organization has been both consuming and unceasing, and we wanted to expand our mission beyond simply facilitating adoptions. Our new goal is to proactively prevent animals from ending up in shelters in the first place.
We invite you to join us in revitalizing NPA as we strive to collaborate with and support the tireless animal welfare advocates across our state. Together, we can make a significant impact and create a brighter future for our furry friends.
